Aurillac en Scène Festival | 2023

From 30 June to 1 July 2023, dance to the rhythm of the 2nd edition's programme

The history of the festival

Since 2022, a music festival has been taking place on the Place du 8 Mai 1945 in Aurillac. Its objectives are simple:

• To bring together thousands of people for a major musical event;
• To give local artists greater visibility;
• To promote partnerships with private and public industries;
• To increase the economy of the region thanks to the festival-goers coming to Aurillac...
• To achieve this, facilities have been installed such as 2 stages, a tiered seating area and a village where the catering and refreshment stands are located.

The big stage is the main venue of the event where the artists of the moment come in turn. On the small stage, local groups will perform to make up for the time lost during the change of scenery on the main stage.

The 2023 programme

This 2nd edition of the Aurillac en Scène Festival is going all out. For the occasion, the town of Cantal welcomes :

• Angèle,
• Soolking,
• Suzane,
• -M-,
• Izïa,
• and Charlie Winston.

For two days, these French and Belgian artists from the world of Pop Rock will set the stage alight in front of thousands of spectators. The programme is designed for all generations so that the public can share warm and friendly moments in the open air with their loved ones.

This is why the festival organisers have agreed on a seating configuration and a standing pit. A different entrance for PRM/PIP/Press is also planned.

🚘 Transport: the festival is a 15 min walk from Aurillac city centre. The car parks at the town's bus station offer spaces to park your car.

On site, you will have access to the festival village. You will find a restaurant area with several foodtruks as well as refreshment stands. Recyclable cups will be available for 1 €.

To pay for your drinks, you will need to take a cashless card to the "cashless bank" points. The money on the card will be the only means of payment accepted during the festival in Aurillac.
